Fall 2007 Newsletter

Network211Can you believe it is already the middle of Fall? This year is flying by and so much has happened. We have taken great steps to advance the effectiveness of our ministry online. As of August 1, 2007 Network 211 launched a new and improved home page at www.Network211.com. This project absorbed most of Peter’s time this past Spring and through the Summer. If you have not visited the site recently, please take some time to look through the various resources and tools to help you personally, and to help ministries. We know you will enjoy the music, videos, and podcasts in our Online Audio/Video library. Also, check
out the Resource Centers to find links to trusted resources
for various areas of life. Don’t forget to read the daily devotion
while you’re there.

Answer2Despair.com
In addition to the revised site for www.Network211.com, we also launched the first of our Journey Answer evangelism sites, www.Answer2Despair.com. It was amazing to see a salvation response within a few hours of launching the site. The main site www.JourneyAnswers.com is designed to direct online inquirers to various resources related to their emotional needs. We are currently waiting for Light For The Lost funds to continue developing these evangelistic projects and the accompanying CD. The final project combines both the power of the Internet websites and the CDs that can be distributed to people near Internet cafés, universities, libraries, and other areas with access to computers and the Internet around the world.

Journey AnswersThe most amazing element of the Journey Answers evangelism project is the development of an online follow up system to personally interact with people for evangelism and discipleship, called 1-2-1 Connections. The 1-2-1 Connections volunteers interact with inquirers who have connected with us through the online evangelism presentations, or the CD. This connection process is designed to personally connect with people who want more answers about being a Christian, who have made a first time decision or a recommitment to following Christ. We also challenge these inquirers to use the Global University materials, made available online, to help them develop in there Christian walk. Additionally, we make every effort possible to connect these people with a local body of believers in their area.

Project 10million
Please continue to pray for us as we finish the final stages of the 1-2-1 Connections software that allows for secure, protected, online interaction between inquirers and our e-team of volunteers. The 1-2-1 Connections software will be online and fully functioning January 2008. If you would like to learn more about 1-2-1 Connections and how you can join with us to change the lives of people through the internet, please visit www.Project10million.com. Join Team 10million and help us meet our goal of reaching 10 million people for Christ in the next decade. If your church is interested in creating a 1-2-1 Connections e-team, please contact Peter.

TPE ArticleIf you who didn’t catch Peter’s appearance in the September 16 edition of Today’s Pentecostal Evangel magazine, please read the article on the right, written about Network 211, with a picture of Peter working at his trusty laptop.

On a more personal ministry note, it seems like every time we write a newsletter there is an even larger need for support than the last time. We are coming up on the end of our current Missionary Associate assignment to Network 211 in February 2008. We had hoped to be able to qualify as a fully appointed missionaries through the Assemblies of God World Missions. Unfortunately, the student loans that allowed us to be prepared for ministry now prevent us from qualifying for full appointment. Additionally, we cannot continue to serve as Missionary Associates assigned to Network 211 unless our monthly pledges increase $1,500 a month. This means we need your help to continue serving as Missionary Associates assigned to serve at Network 211. We thank God for those of you who support us monthly. We know many of you cannot support us financially, and we thank God for your prayer support. If you do not feel you can personally help us meet our financial need, please pray about contacting your church to see if they would consider supporting us in our ministry. This would be a huge blessing. As Missionary Associates, our fund raising is restricted to contacting only friends, family, our home church, and churches that contact us through referrals. I am including a pledge form for your convenience.

God has blessed us so much these past few months. In addition to the developments and projects at Network 211, Rachel has started her 3rd year teaching 3rd grade at a local Christian school, New Covenant Academy. It is wonderful to see the children grow academically as well as grow in their understanding of Christian life. Again, thank you so much for your continued support and prayers.

God Bless,

Peter and Rachel Dell
